Yoga / Women’s circle - £30

Join us for gentle and restorative Hatha yoga practice with Jess, woven together with a women’s circle held by Anna including a deep meditation journey, sharing circle and intention setting.

Jess encourages you to step out of your mind and into your body, using mindful movements and breathwork to leave you feeling nourished, grounded, and relaxed. Her practice focuses on spinal care, recognizing the spine as the core of the body, where maintaining its health brings balance to the entire system. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, Jess invites you to make each practice your own in a space of peace and restoration.

This soothing session will prepare you perfectly for Anna's meditation journey, creating a seamless transition into deeper self-awareness and relaxation.

Anna creates and holds spaces for womenfolk to come back to themselves, settle back into their bodies, ease back to their breath and to remember their divine inner wisdom. Each of her gatherings is different and tailored to and by, the season and cycle we are in, whilst maintaining a certain rhythm and flow to it which provides us a familiar structure to feel safe and held in each time.
